Getting to Know Each Other: Gilbert Run

With the first week nerves behind them, our Middle and High school students took a trip to Gilbert Run Park.  This is an annual trip where students enjoy a day of fellowship with new and old friends.  It was a beautiful day for hiking, fishing, paddle boating, and stuffing their faces with Domino’s pizza. Students were encouraged to introduce themselves to at least three new people and to use farm animal sounds to find their new discipleship group leader for the year.  Gilbert Run was a wonderful way to kick off the 2017-2018 school year.
