Our first grade students got to participate in a fun experience with a special member of the community. Donna Bailey, a resident of Charles County with Cerebral Palsy and limited use of her arms and legs, lives a great life making new friends and teaching creative art classes to students throughout the county. Through supports provided by Spring Dell Center, Donna has been telling her story and teaching her creative way of painting to students while using specialized equipment consisting of special hats and paint brushes. This amazing experience taught students how to be creative with their minds, not just their hands.
